Vegan Matcha Latte

There are many reasons why we decided to stop consuming coffee, even after all my reintroductions on my AIP protocol. Matcha powder is not only AIP compliant, it's such a good energy booster with less amount of caffeine and an amazing antioxidant.


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup warm dairy free milk

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder

----- Add all ingredients together in your favorite cup and mix with a frothing wand----​
