Coconut Macaroon Paleo MugCake!


This is the best dessert I have made hands down. I bought 2 pounds of organic shredded coconut and to be honest I've been trying to use it as much as I can and this is how I created this easy recipe. Here are ingredients!


1/2 Banana

1/3 Cup of coconut flour (Can substitute with oat flour)

1/3 cup Shredded coconut

100 mL Dairy free milk

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Vanilla (Optional)

1 tsp Baking powder

Cacao nibs or Carob nibs

  • Smash it all together with a fork until texture is smooth and even.

  • Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
